Playlists

The Driving Tour Videos are a combination of videos produced with Google Earth, Google Maps, and actual video clips of special departure points and destinations.

Our Featured Resorts Videos include resorts that are featured on a monthly basis.

Our Featured Listings are rotated on a periodic basis and may or may not be part of a Featured Resort. Some of our listings are Private Villas that are not located in a Gated Community, but a safe and secure area that may be surrounded by Gated Communities.

Our Market Area is the North Coast of the Dominican Republic, and as such, our video productions are focused on this area.

We love new projects and one of our favorites is Hacienda Samana Bay. This new project on the Samana Peninsula has been fascinating to watch because of its innovation and quality of construction. We started taking videos on Day 1.

Many of our videos are not included in a Playlist and are uploaded randomly. Once we find multiple videos that have a common theme, we will form a new PlayList for that category of videos. For private airplane pilots, we have some great shots of local flying.
