Main Living-Area
The main living area is at ground sea level and accessed by rising stairs from the quiet street and front yard access. The main entry is covered with large tropical planters and lighting to show off the wooden louvered side doors. The initial views are over the large infinity swimming pool looking out to the ocean and Cayo Leventado. The foyer opens to a large living area that contains multiple social and eating areas that all have ocean views. Ocean breezes are enhanced with ceiling fans and there is an indoor-outdoor feel throughout the main living area. The covered terrace by the swimming pool feels like an extension of the main living area. The western side of the main living area has a comfortable media room with a stairway leading to the upstairs master bedroom.
Upper Level Master Bedroom
The upper level Master Bedroom is accessed by a stairway adjacent to the media room on the main living area level. The ocean view is over an upper terrace that is great for morning coffee and a glass of wine at sunset. The master bath is bright and elegant with windows that allow maximum sunlight. The eastern side of the upper level is the master bedroom. The western side of the upper level has bunk beds and can be used as office space or an exercise room.

Guest bedrooms in the main house are situated on each side of the main living area with ocean views and access to the main terrace and swimming pool.
Kitchen & Dining
The modern and fully equipped kitchen is situated on the main level and is designed for preparing and serving food for both the indoor and outdoor dining areas. Access to the outdoor dining area can be through the main living area or a private door in the kitchen with direct access to the swimming pool terrace dining area.
Swimming Pool and Terrace
The expansive swimming pool terrace surrounds the entire oceanfront side of the villa. Direct access is from the main living area and both guest bedrooms on each side of the main living area. In addition to the covered terrace off the main area, there are two open lounge areas off each guest bedroom. There is access to the large infinity swimming pool from all areas of this oceanfront terrace .
Beach Life
The walk to the La Playita beach to the west is on a private path within the gated community. The first two images show the beach to the left and private coves to the right. As you can see, there are lots of trees to sit under if the sun is too hot. And of course, there is lots of sand for sunbathing and long walks along the water. The three images to the right show the beach at Playa Grande which is a short walk to the east.
Amenities
In addition to the ocean views and oceanfront infinity swimming pool, there are tropical gardens surrounding the entire villa. There is also access to sandy beaches within a short walk from the villa. In addition, to great walks on the beach, there are tons of things to do in the Punta Galeras area..
