Samana Real Estate

The city of Samaná is located on the Bay of the Samaná which is a paradise for boaters and is ideal for sailboats and fishermen alike. The bay has relatively calm waters but also has strong trade winds from the east for great navigation. On quieter days, the bay is ideal for paddle surfing. Fishing boats have direct access to the Atlantic Ocean for large fish. Las Terrenas is truly unique, with its new international airport and a road along the cliff along the ocean that offers sandy beaches and a true Caribbean lifestyle just 20 minutes from the airport. For a metropolitan lifestyle, the capital city of Santo Domingo is only 2 hours away by first-class coaches that pass through Los Haitises National Park.

Las Galeras Real Estate

The city of Las Galeras currently has two new exciting developments in the final planning stages. PUNTA GALERAS BEACHFRONT RESORT COMMUNITY will contain beachfront Boutique Hotels surrounded by private villas ranging in size from Casita or Bungalow designs to large Luxury Homes. LA PLAYITA BEACH is a condominium beach resort of 20 apartments. The total area of construction will be 4,405.51 mts² and the resort land area includes 13,235.60 mts², which is equivalent to 3.27 acres directly on the beach.

Cabarete Real Estate

Cabarete is the perfect place for family vacations. The half-moon-shaped Cabarete Bay is protected by segments of coral reefs that keep the beach safe for children who like to play and body-surf in the gentle waves. This sheltered bay is also ideal for windsurfing and kite boarding due to the constant east trade winds and calm waters. The sandy beaches of Cabarete are ideal for long walks or sightseeing. The east side of the bay is full of international restaurants. The rest of the bay is lined with condo resorts with tropical gardens, infinity pools and oceanfront views, all with direct access to the beach.

Sosua Real Estate

Sosua is a historic city located halfway between the Puerto Plata International Airport (POP) and Cabarete. The city began as a Jewish settlement in the 1940s and was a quaint little town known for its dairy products and cheeses. Sosúa Bay is shaped like a half moon and is full of sandy beaches and palm trees. The bay is protected by a coral reef, which makes it an excellent place to dive and fish. In the 1980s, residential areas were replaced by tourist hotels and condominium projects along the oceanic coast. New residential villas became popular in the closed private communities that surround the city.
