BEACH HOTEL – 350 rooms facing the sea with beach club, convention center, spa, gym, restaurants, yacht club, shops and multiple swimming pools and baths in natural springs that are unique in the area.
CONDOMINIUMS – The area behind the hotel is allocated to condominiums containing 2 and 3 three bedrooms that will be suitable for a second home or investment property managed through the hotel.
