Once we receive your information, we will contact you by phone to get a better feel for both your property and your rental objectives. For example, will you use the property on a seasonal or part-time basis, or are you willing to accept a long-term rental for your property. Along the same lines, do you prefer short-term or long-term rentals. 

Once we mutually feel that your property will fit into our rental program, we will schedule a visit for photos and aerial photography.
