Samana Bay Residences was recently shown on an episode of Caribbean Life on HGTV featuring Villa Perla Del Mar. Samana Bay Residences is a luxury beachfront development situated only one hour away from the Samana El Catey International Airport which has non-stop flights to both Canada and Europe. It is centrally located on the Samana Peninsula with easy access to Samana, Las Terrenas and Las Galeras. The Samana Bay is great for fishing and boating and the beaches of Las Terrenas and Las Galeras are some of the finest in the world. The site plan below shows the location and size of each building lot. At present, Lot No. 4 and Lot No. 9 are in the engineering and architectural phase of new villa construction. It is also anticipated to keep Lots 6 and 7 as open area green space which will maximize the ocean views of Lots 1 thru 4. Lot No. 5 below contains the only finished villa which was featured on HGTV.

PRIVATE BEACH

Samana Bay Residences is a gated community with 24-hour security. There is an entry gate on the main road above and the terrain on both sides of the residential area is such that no one can access the beach from outside the community. Samana Bay Residences is somewhat isolated, but at the same time it is conveniently located. It is nearly midway between The city of Samana to the west and Las Galeras to the east. Some of the most beautiful public beaches in the world are only minutes away at Playa El Valle to the north and Playa Rincon to the east. Access to the beach will be steps along the property line between Lots 5 & 6.

Current Status: SBR-1

The initial building shell for Samana Bay Residences No. 1 was modified to replace interior columns with reinforced beams to enhance all ocean views. The result is a more modern and open feel. Another feature added was the walkout terrace off the master bedroom on the upper level.

Current Status: SBR-2

Samana Bay Residences No. 2 is currently the model show unit. It has the original design with columns in the terrace and living area walls. This villa is ready for occupancy and can be purchased “As Is” or with modifications based on buyer specifications.

Current Status: SBR-3

Samana Bay Residences No. 3 looks like SBR-1 before the vertical columns were replaced with a structural beam that spanned the entire opening. As you can see from all the construction materials, SBR-3 is now ready for column replacement and the structural beam replacement. This villa can be purchased “As Is” or a price adjusted condition plus buyer specs for completion.

SBR-4: ReDesign Video

Current Status: SBR-5

Samana Bay Residences No. 5 is the first luxury villa to be constructed and finished in this exclusive oceanfront community. The architectural plans were custom designed and the interior was professionally planned with the panoramic ocean views in mind. The owner of this building site has reserved Lots 6 & 7 for green space use which allows access to the beach from all residences within the community.
