Development Plan

Hacienda Samana Bay has a multi-year development plan. The Condo-Hotel (B1) on the main level and Condo-Residences in Building 3 are currently under construction as Phase1.1. All apartments have a balcony with full views of Samana Bay. There is 24-hour security with resort administration and access to multiple amenities and sports.
