Aurora Las Terrenas in an Apart-Hotel strategically located in Las Terrenas on the northeast coast of the Dominican Republic. The resort is only 80 meters from a sandy beach where you can walk for miles in a safe and secure area. The city center is only a short walk away. The master plan of the Aurora Las Terrenas Apart-Hotel will consist of 48 apartments in 7 separate buildings. There will also be an owner and guest reception center located in the 8th building. The resort common areas include a large swimming pool surrounded by poolside decks and lounge areas. Walkways lead from each building and wind through tropical gardens to all amenities and access to the beach. Additional features and amenities are listed below.

The Aurora apartments are in a safe and secure gated community just steps away from the world renown beaches of Las Terrenas. Construction will begin with Building A along with the community amenities.

There will be 7 separate buildings in the Aurora Aparthotel site plan and each building has different floor plans. As you can see from the images below, the location of each floor plan is shown as the shaded portion of the building. This system applies to all 7 buildings which are show in the site plan above. The numbers of each apartment start with the Building Letter (such as “A”) and the unit number starting in the lower left corner of the building (as viewed from the swimming pool) then moving to the right at ground level. Each building floor is numbered in the same direction.
