Villa Noria is a 3-building complex which includes a main residence and 2 separate guest residences below the main residence. The 2 lower residences are nestled into the hillside below and are separated by a common swimming pool. These separate residences can be used for family and guests – or rental income. All of the buildings are designed with privacy and security in mind. The upper main residence is positioned so that there is no direct access from the guest residences other than a common street that connects the complex together. Villa Noria overlooks the city of Las Terrenas on the northeast coast of the Dominican Republic. It can be accessed easily by the El Catey-Samana International Airport which is only 20 minutes away.

Bedroom-Bath Areas

All bedrooms have full ocean views and direct access to the terrace. The bathrooms are light and airy and have high quality fixtures. There are marble floors throughout. The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed with en-suite bath and walk-in closet with modular cabinetry. The guest room has three single beds for large families.

The main residence is smartly designed for an indoor-outdoor lifestyle. Because of the cool Caribbean breezes, all doors and windows can be kept open, both to allow for full ocean views and airflow circulation. The ocean side covered terrace are extensions of the inside living areas and includes multiple lounge areas and outdoor dining. The tropical gardens and trees surrounding the villa lead all the way down to the ocean.
