The Three Bays Beach property is situated on the central north coast of the Dominican Republic. It is located between the Puerto Plata International Airport to the west and the El Catey Samaná International Airport to the east. The drive to the Samaná airport is just over 35 minutes. This development contains 700 lineal meters of white sand beaches and 1,000 lineal meters of oceanfront cliffs. Amenities include an 18-hole golf course and a boat marina with 160 moorings. The north of the Dominican Republic is a route for numerous commercial and sports boats that travel to the Caribbean from different regions of the American continent. It is the natural route throughout the year for boats traveling from the Florida coasts and the Gulf of Mexico through the Caribbean to the Lesser Antilles. An area between Duarte street in the town of La Entrada to the main road to the east is an area of 3,896.88 m2 (3.89 hectares) that is designated for mixed use.
