The Talanquera Ocean View Villa community will contain 30 villas with an average building lot size of 1,400 m2 and an average building size of 140 m2. Accommodations will range from one to three bedrooms and each villa will be positioned to maximize ocean views. The layout and design can be determined by each buyer according to the esthetic and engineering designs established by the community. Once a basic floor plan has been chosen, the villa size may be adjusted upwards in size by adding sections at a base price of $800 usd per square meter. (Upgrades and enhancements are available for an additional cost.) In addition to adjustable layouts, different roof types may be selected which are further illustrated below.
