This condominium is located on the second floor of the Bannister Hotel in Puerto Bahia Samana. There is both stairway and elevator access to the apartment and it is situated above the La Regata Restaurant, bar, and mini-market on the main level of the hotel. Owners and guests of the condominium have full use of the hotel facilities which are described in more detail below. The condominium is offered for sale fully furnished and ready for immediate occupancy.
All areas of the condo have direct access to the wrap-around terrace. There is a high definition television on one portion of the living area.
The kitchen has a modern design and is fully equipped. It is also conveniently located for serving the dining area and outdoor terrace. It includes an electric range, exhaust fan and microwave.
The suite bedroom is large enough for a king-size bed and two end tables. At the foot of each bed is a panoramic view of the yacht club and marina of the covered terrace.
Puerto Bahia also has a full service boat marina situated on the north side of Samana Bay. This location on the northeast coast of the Dominican Republic is widely known as the top cruising ground of the Dominican Republic. In addition to Condominium Administration, there will be an additional on-site team that will provide services in Rental Management, Property Maintenance, and Financial Reporting after all condominium fees have been paid. When not in residence, owners can arrange for rental income of their individual apartment. The onsite rental management team will establish seasonal rates and develop a marketing strategy to maximize net rental income. As you can see from the plan, all terraces have ocean views and the elevators, stairs, and walkways are to the rear or non ocean side of the building.
