This development land parcel is located on the Samana Peninsula on the northeast coast of the Dominican Republic. It is situated on the Bay of Samana between the Arroyo Barril International Airport and the city of Samaná. Arroyo Barril is an executive-type airport for small to medium size airplanes with a spacious passenger terminal and observation deck. It is a great airport to maintain a small airplane for exploring different areas around the country.
The El Catey Samana International Airport is approximately 25 minutes to the west and has a 12,000 foot paved runway for use by wide-body jets from around the world.
