Villa Palmera is a private villa located in the gated community of Punta Galeras on the tip of the Samaná Peninsula in the Dominican Republic. As shown in the floor plans below, this villa has 2 levels. The upper level has two bedrooms that overlook the swimming pool and private gardens. The master bedroom has direct access to a sun deck above the swimming pool. The second upstairs bedroom has glass doors that open to a covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool from the other side. The main level has a bedroom with direct access to a covered terrace by the swimming pool. This floor plan is unique because all rooms look out onto the swimming pool and the surrounding gardens.

Punta Galeras is a beachfront gated community on the tip of the Samaná Peninsula on the northeast coast of the Dominican Republic. Community Master Plan

PUNTA GALERAS is a unique attraction on the Samaná Peninsula. It is a comprehensive project that unites the beauty of the Las Galeras area — and in addition — new technologies that will keep the ecological nature of the area sustainable. The master plan is designed to preserve natural resources to  position Las Galeras as a sustainable tourist destination for the future.
