The Punta Galeras Beachfront Community will be a multi-use community with both condominium and villa developments being constructed at the same time. The image below shows the location of the section allocated to the Villas Amapola. These villas are a great “Condo Alternative” and will lead to a much more private lifestyle with the private covered parking, tropical gardens, and private swimming pool to the rear of each building site. (This villa presentation includes a private swimming pool valued at $20,000. The villa price can be reduced by that amount if a private swimming pool is not desired.) As you can see from the image below, the Villas Amapola are just a few steps to the beach and the newly constructed beach club. Thus, a private swimming pool may not be considered necessary.
