Punta Galeras is a beachfront gated community on the tip of the Samaná Peninsula on the northeast coast of the Dominican Republic. PUNTA GALERAS BEACHFRONT RESORT COMMUNITYwill contain beachfront Boutique Hotels surrounded by private villas ranging in size from Casita or Bungalow designs to large Luxury Homes. The smaller villas are a great “Condo Alternatives” and will have private gardens and a private parking space. Some of the smaller villas will have a private swimming pool, while others can enjoy a shared community pool and social area. In most cases, the villas are laid out with 2 stories — many with a sunroof.
In total, there will approximately 200 residential units — all situated in a private gated community with common area maintenance and 24-hour security.
