VistaLarimar is a private villa in the exclusive gated community of Puerto Bahia Samana on the north east coast of the Dominican Republic. This private villa is nestled into the mountains overlooking the Bay of Samana which has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world . The entire bay is well known for fishing, sailing, and water sports of all kinds. The Bannister Hotel, yacht club, and marina include world class amenities which include multiple waterfront restaurants, tennis courts, gymnasium, spa, and beauty salon. The promenade has multiple meeting and game rooms for social activities.
VistaLarimar is well-suited as a primary residence or vacation rental. It has a multi-level layout with the main entrance being at the parking level. The entry view is spectacular because of the 1-1/2 story main living area. The entry mezzanine looks directly out to the Samana Bay and has views of the villa garden, private swimming pool, and main living area below. On each side of the entry mezzanine is a bedroom with an ocean view balcony overlooking the tropical gardens below. Each bedroom has vaulted wood-beamed ceilings and a private full-sized bathroom.
The staircase down to the main living area has two sections divided by a landing area for ease of use. The main level has sliding glass doors that open up to the private swimming pool terrace that includes lounge areas, a BBQ, and outside dining area. One side of the swimming pool level as a main level master bedroom and private bath. On the other side is a den that can be converted into a 4th bedroom. All areas on the pool level have direct access to the swimming pool terrace. The living area is spacious with a 2-1/2 story ceiling height. The kitchen has a breakfast bar adjacent to a large dining area. There is an additional service quarters with a full bathroom on the other side of the laundry room which is adjacent to the kitchen.

The entry level has covered parking for 2 cars. At entry level is a mezzanine that overlooks the main swimming pool level below. All main level rooms lead directly out the the swimming pool.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar which ca be used for casual dining or serving refreshments. The outdoor dining area includes a BBQ on one side of the swimming pool terrace.

2 bedrooms are on the upper entry level and each has their own bath and balcony. The master bedroom is on the main level with direct access to the swimming pool. The den has a pull-out couch that can be used as a 4th bedroom. There is also a twin-size bed and full bath in the service quarters off the laundry room.
All main level rooms have direct access to the swimming pool terrace. The BBQ side of the terrace has steps down to the garden. There is a pool and garden maintenance shed on the east side of the building that has room for a lawn mower, pool supplies, and equipment.

Access to VistaLarimar is through the security gate at the main road to Samana. This private road to the security gate is 1.5 kilometers and provides extra security and eliminates the local culture sounds that may include motor bikes. All the interior roads are maintained by the Puerto Bahia Samana association of owners.
