In connection with this, the studio apartment is known as 401 and the main 1-bedroom apartment is know as 402. This allows the second bedroom to be rented out separately. This “Studio Apartment” has it’s own ocean view terrace, kitchenette, and private bathroom. There are multiple restaurants in the hotel as an option to in-room dining. Conversely, the studio apartment can be used privately while the main 1-Bedroom apartment is occupied. This provides tremendous versatility with ownership of the gem in the Caribbean.

On the second floor of The Bannister Hotel is a swimming pool deck with lounge chairs for relaxing or tables for dining. Adjacent is the gymnasium, beauty salon, and spa. There is also an ocean front restaurant for a great Sunday morning brunch. For more casual dining is the yacht club restaurant below, which also has a great pizza oven. For more formal dining is the Cafe Del Mar which is great for all-day dining while lounging around the ocean-front infinity swimming pool.

Rental Management

In addition to Condominium Administration, there will be an additional on-site team that will provide services in Rental Management, Property Maintenance, and Financial Reporting after all condominium fees have been paid. When not in residence, owners can arrange for rental income of their individual apartment. The onsite rental management team will establish seasonal rates and develop a marketing strategy to maximize net rental income.
