This private villa has its own swimming pool and lush tropical gardens and has covered parking for two cars. The Bannister Hotel has multiple amenities available to the owner and guests of the villa which is in addition to the Ocean Club at the entrance to the marina.

The gated community of Puerto Bahia Samana is about 5 kilometers west of the hustle and bustle of the city of Samana. This villa consists of 2 levels with the main living area on the swimming pool and garden level.

The main living area has sliding glass doors that lead out to the swimming pool, terrace and tropical garden. The full-service kitchen has an ocean view and a breakfast bar for casual dining and entertainment. There are two separate dining areas: one off the living room and the other outside on the poolside terrace. This 2-level residence has an upper main entrance with an open stairway that leads to the main living area.
Bed-Bath
All 3 bedrooms are on the upper entry level and have en suite baths. The high ceilings and ocean views create a bright and open ambiance. The master bedroom has a king-size bed; the guest bedroom has one queen-size bed and a twin; and the children’s room has 2 bunk beds. The 2 ocean view bedrooms have a small private balcony. The main level also includes a service area with a twin bed and staff bathroom.

Puerto Bahia also has a full service boat marina situated on the north side of Samana Bay. This location on the northeast coast of the Dominican Republic is widely known as the top cruising ground of the Dominican Republic. The Bannister Hotel overlooking the Yacht Club & Marina includes multiple restaurants and lounges; meeting rooms; a gymnasium & spa. Puerto Bahia Samana has it all with multiple swimming pools to visit and enjoy. Rental Management
In addition to Condominium Administration, there will be an additional on-site team that will provide services in Rental Management, Property Maintenance, and Financial Reporting after all condominium fees have been paid. When not in residence, owners can arrange for rental income of their individual apartment. The onsite rental management team will establish seasonal rates and develop a marketing strategy to maximize net rental income.
