Nicole Aparthotel consists of 3 buildings, each with 3 levels. The first phase of construction will start with Building A and take about 12 months. Pre-construction prices come at a discount and all units are eligible to reserve. One option during the construction phase of the penthouse apartments is an extra room on the rooftop which can be used as part of the main apartment — or used separately.


The floor plan below shows Apartment A7 as an example. As you can see, the rooftop terrace adds a whole new dimension to the Caribbean lifestyle. This penthouse design leads to indoor-outdoor living. In addition to Condominium Administration, there will be an additional on-site team that will provide services in Rental Management, Property Maintenance, and Financial Reporting after all condominium fees have been paid.
