Hacienda Samaná Bay is an exclusive oceanfront resort with residential and vacation rental accommodations. Studio apartments are located in Buildings 2 and 3 and prices vary by floor level. Construction of Building 2, where this listing is located on the first floor, will begin ahead of schedule because the studio apartments in Building 3 are nearly sold out. Buildings B1 and B3 are currently under construction and are scheduled for completion this coming October.

Building 1 is the “Hotel” with reception center, meeting rooms, retail shops and multiple restaurants. The hotel on street level with a circular drive and portico for arriving guests and residents. There is an underground parking garage below with elevator access to the upper levers.  The main level also includes a medical clinic with ambulance services. The rooftop level of the hotel consists of additional restaurants, social areas and swimming pools. Buildings 2 and 3 are referred to as the “Residential” buildings for owners and long-term residents. Owners in Building 1 are restricted to 30 days a year occupancy because of the guaranteed rental returns. There are no residency restrictions in Buildings 2 and 3.

Rental Management

In addition to Condominium Administration, there will be an additional on-site team that will provide services in Rental Management, Property Maintenance, and Financial Reporting. When not in residence, owners can arrange for rental income of their individual apartment. The onsite rental management team will establish seasonal rates and develop a marketing strategy to maximize net rental income. As you can see from the plan, all terraces have ocean views and the elevators, stairs, and walkways are to the rear or non ocean side of the building.
