Cabareef Condominiums are situated on the north coast of the Dominican Republic just west of Cabarete. It is approximately 20 minutes east of the Puerto Plata International Airport. The entire area is well-known for kite-boarding, windsurfing and water sports of all kinds. The oceanfront gated community of Cabareef has four buildings that surround a large swimming pool with a wooden deck for lounge chairs and a poolside palapa for social events or relaxing under the shade of the thatch roof. All four buildings have spectacular ocean views. Stone walkways wind throughout the lush tropical gardens and lead out to the sandy beach that extends for miles.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. There are 2 dining areas: one interior with direct ocean views, and the other outside under a covered terrace. This area is great for hosting social events with family or friends.

The master bedroom with air-conditioning has a queen-size bed and en-suite bath. There is also direct access out to the oceanfront terrace. The second bedroom has a queen-size and one twin bed. One of the two bathrooms has a tub, which is often in demand for guests.

The swimming pool has multiple sections for swimming or relaxing around the pool. It is also a great vantage point to watch all the water sports taking place on the ocean and sandy beach. There is ample parking and covered garage space is also available for purchase.
