The main entry leads past the dining area and breakfast bar off the kitchen. The full kitchen is of modern design and is fully equipped. There is plenty of cabinet space and the dining can be either formal or casual.

Bed-Bath

Both bedrooms are large enough for a king-size bed and two end tables. At the foot of each bed is a dresser base and TV mounted on the wall. Each bedroom has a private full bathroom. Both bedrooms have a walkout terrace that leads to the main apartment.

Puerto Bahia also has a full service boat marina situated on the north side of Samana Bay. This location on the northeast coast of the Dominican Republic is widely known as the top cruising ground of the Dominican Republic. Rental Management

In addition to Condominium Administration, there will be an additional on-site team that will provide services in Rental Management, Property Maintenance, and Financial Reporting after all condominium fees have been paid. When not in residence, owners can arrange for rental income of their individual apartment. The onsite rental management team will establish seasonal rates and develop a marketing strategy to maximize net rental income. The Building Plan below shows the layout of the building offering the studio apartment.
