Floor Plan

The image to the right show the layout of CH-201 in the Bannister Hotel. As you can see from the Puerto Bahia Samana site plan image below, the hotel is situated directly on the marina and has 2 circular structures on each side of the hotel. CH-201 is in the western rotunda and is accessed by the main corridor which has both an elevator and stairway. The main entry of the apartment passes through the dining and kitchen area into the living area with a terrace view of the tropical gardens. There is also a terrace off the main bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Rental Management

In addition to Condominium Administration, there will be an additional on-site team that will provide services in Rental Management, Property Maintenance, and Financial Reporting after all condominium fees have been paid. When not in residence, owners can arrange for rental income of their individual apartment. The onsite rental management team will establish seasonal rates and develop a marketing strategy to maximize net rental income. The Building Plan below shows the layout of the building offering the studio apartment. As you can see from the plan, all terraces have ocean views and the elevators, stairs, and walkways are to the rear or non ocean side of the building.
