Residences range from mountainside villas and condominium communities with views of the Samana Bay to The Bannister Hotel which has condominium apartments adjacent to the yacht club and marina.

Inside The Bannister Hotel are multiple restaurants and bars, a spa, beauty salon, and gymnasium. There is also a second level infinity swimming pool that looks over the full service marina to the Samana Bay which is great for fishing, boating, and sailing. Tours are available to popular venues like Cayo Levantado and Los Haitises National Park.

For a more lively evening you can take a 10 minute to the town of Samana. There you can enjoy a cold beer on the malecon and observe real Dominican life. You also drive another hour east for secluded Caribbean beaches like Playa Maron, Rincon, and Las Galeras. To the north is the funky town of Las Terrenas, also with great beaches and restaurants of all kinds.

Rental Management

In addition to Condominium Administration, there will be an additional on-site team that will provide services in Rental Management, Property Maintenance, and Financial Reporting after all condominium fees have been paid. When not in residence, owners can arrange for rental income of their individual apartment. The onsite rental management team will establish seasonal rates and develop a marketing strategy to maximize net rental income. As you can see from the plan, all terraces have ocean views and the elevators, stairs, and walkways are to the rear or non ocean side of the building.
